1. You can enter if you’re a UK resident aged 18 or over. You can’t enter if you work for Santander UK plc and have been directly involved with the prize draw. You’ll be automatically entered if you meet the eligibility criteria below, unless you opt out (see point 8).
2. The Prize will be provided by cahoot, a division of Santander UK plc. The Promoter is Santander UK plc (‘the Promoter’).
3. Entrants agree to be bound by these Rules and any other requirements given in the information about this promotion.
4. There are 56 prizes in total (‘the Prize’):
- 1 x winner of £25,000.
- 5 x winners of £2,500.
- 50 x winners of £250.
Winners will be chosen at random in the order above. They won’t need to accept the Prize as it’ll be paid straight to their cahoot account. If a prize is declined, a new winner will be selected.
5. Santander won’t offer alternatives to the Prize.
6. You’ll be entered into the prize draw, if you:
- have an open cahoot account (excluding Fixed Rate Bonds)
- have a combined balance across all your cahoot accounts of £2,500 or more
- have this balance at 11:59pm on the last day of the month and
- keep your account(s) open until the winners are paid.
If you have a joint account, both account holders will be entered. Any money held in a cahoot Fixed Rate Bond will not be counted towards your total. Only money in easy access accounts is eligible.
Each month where you meet the eligibility criteria (during November and December 2025) will give you an entry into the prize draw.
Maximum two entries per person, for example, one entry for eligibility on 30th November and one for eligibility on 31st December.
7. The closing date for entries during November is 11.59pm on 30/11/2025. The closing date for entries during December is 11.59pm on 31/12/2025. The prize draw closes at 11.59pm on 31/12/2025.
8. To opt out of the prize draw, please email your full name, address and date of birth to prizedraws@santander.co.uk
9. The winning entries will be randomly selected on or before 16/01/2026. Winners will be notified by phone or email before 23/01/2026.
The Prize will be paid to an open cahoot account. If a winner closes their account before the Prize is paid, a new winner will be selected. If a winner has multiple cahoot accounts, the Prize will be paid to the account with the most recent transaction (including joint accounts). This will happen even if we haven’t been able to speak with you in advance.
10. The winners’ surname and county will be available on request after 23/01/2026 for 365 days subject to the winners’ consent. The winner’s information and winning entry (if applicable) must be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority on request in the event of a dispute.
11. If the winner consents, the promoter may publish their name and photograph for the purpose of publicity.
12. The decision of the Promoter is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter reserves the right to amend or close the prize draw without prior notice (in extreme circumstances).
14. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this prize draw.
15. To the fullest extent permitted by law and excluding death or permanent injury caused as a result of the Promoter’s negligence, the Promoter accepts no liability for loss or injury as a result of the prize draw or receipt or misuse of any prize.

17. Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.
18. The Promoter will only use the personal details supplied for the administration of the promotion, and for no other purpose unless we have your consent. Your personal details will always be kept confidential and in accordance with current Data Protection legislation. You can view the Promoter’s Privacy Policy online. Non-winning entrant’s data will be stored for 3 months after the closing date, until 31/03/2026, and then be deleted. You can request access to your personal data, or have any inaccuracies corrected, by contacting Santander UK plc. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.
