Free protection for anything you buy using your card

• We offer purchase protection as a free service with all cahoot credit cards and debit cards. So, using your card to pay for goods and services is now safer than paying with cash

Here's how it works

• We will automatically protect anything you buy using your cahoot credit or debit card (the item must cost more than £50 but less than £3500) against accidental damage, theft or loss (see note 2)
• If you need to make a claim, you simply contact us within 90 days of buying the item and we will send you a form to fill in. If your claim is valid, we will pay the cost of replacing the item or cost of repair.

You do nothing

• Simply spend on your debit or credit card and your cover applies automatically.

Note 1 The rates quoted may change and apply as follows for non-chequebook accounts:
1.10% AER (1.09% gross each year) for balances under £250,000; and,
0.10% AER (0.10% gross each year) for balances of £250,000 and more

Note 2 You must pay for item in full and claim within 90 days of buying it. You can only claim for items not covered by another policy.
